These meetings are precious times for teachers, office staff, and everyone who helps our school run smoothly to come together. High Five for Teams!

To make teamwork even better, we at Milami have special groups that focus on different things. For example, teachers in the same grade, like the 5th grade team, can chat about making sure their lessons all fit together and how to help their students learn best. There are also subject teams, like the science team, who talk about science stuff specifically and share awesome teaching ideas. By working together in these teams, teachers can share their knowledge, come up with creative solutions, and become a super supportive network for each other and our students.
